This is for those who do not necessarily meet the requirements for the Higher National Diploma. Participants go through similar mode of training like that of the Diploma Program. Graduates with a grade point average of 3.3 and above, and those who demonstrate exemplary commitment and eagerness to acquire knowledge are re-admitted into the Higher National Diploma Program. WA/SSCE with 4 PASSES, NVTI Grade TWO and ONE, Farm institute NACVET, GCE ‘O’ Level 4 passes. (Proceed to the Higher National Diploma / HND with CERT II, NCC).
